Send inventory by email
Email your spreadsheet to upload@usparts.us and we will load it on USParts for you. You do not need to figure out the online import tool.
Easiest option
Email your inventory spreadsheet
No time to use the online uploader? Attach your CSV or Excel file and send it to upload@usparts.us. Our team will import it to your supplier account and follow up by email.
- Create a spreadsheet with at least part number and quantity columns (manufacturer and price are helpful too).
- Attach the file to an email addressed to upload@usparts.us.
- Include your company name and contact email in the message so we can match it to the right account.
- We typically import within one business day and email you when it is live.
Do I need an account first?
You can email your file anytime. If you are not registered yet, include your company details in the email and we will help you get set up. For the fastest import, create a supplier account first so we can match the file to your company automatically.
What we need in your file
- Part number (MPN) and quantity in stock on every row
- Manufacturer, price, description, and warehouse location if you have them
- CSV, Excel (.xlsx / .xls), or a file exported from your inventory system
